A physician in Oklahoma City performed tummy tuck on his wife several years ago. She died. He was a gp. Made the incision all across her abdomen. He was fined one dollar. Cannot remember his name!

If we don't change our eating and exercise habits, what stops the fat from coming back?

It doesn't come back from where it was removed, but, goes to other places on the body.

I would be VERY careful. Lipo sounds easy, just suck off some fat, but it is actually one of the more complicated and risky surgeries. Lots of more people having complications as a "simple" boob job. Plus, you are doing so many surgeries all at once, the body will have a hard time healing so many wounds.

The huge price difference to the US sounds scary.

My advice: don't do it. Hit the gym a bit harder and get comfy with the little pouch here and there that just won't disappear.

One problem I've read about is that, if you have complications after you get back home, no doctor will touch you.

I wouldn't do it. If things don't go too well, their local hospitals may not well equipped to help or even save you. And how about follow up visits?
And I agree with other posters about how crazy it is to want to get so many things done at once. Way too many things for your body!

I'm from the DR, if I were you I'll be very careful, over there things don't work same way as in the US, we don't look at the internet for info , it's all word of mouth, its all base in recommendations from friends, before you put your life in the hand of some "doctor" visit the country as a tourist and ask questions to see what people tells you.

You need to be careful, only go to a major hospital with a certified plastic surgeon. Check the Doctor's Association in the country and verify that the doctor is licensed.

Now, the difference in cost is due to the lower cost of life in the other country and it's not really because the quality of medicine is bad (after verifying the dr and hospital are legal and you're not being operated in a garage somewhere).

You also are doing many things at once, which is not good.
