Yes the link posted above is the best place to find out what the purse is, real or not.
But I think you need to make ten posts before you can post pictures, so that might be hard for the husband.

OP if the seller will take a picture of the inside label that would be most helpful, it is a code to see where and when it was made and then you can type up that information without having to post a picture. But don't believe the seller without seeing a picture of the inside label.

I was told that wristlets and small items do not have serial numbers.

That bag is so fake! When a Ebay seller tells you that you can send it back if you think it's fake, it is a knock off bag! Not that it matters, since Coach bags are crap now.

Coach isn't the same company it was back when I was a collector. The name used to be on the same par as high end designer bags. Now, it's on the same level as Liz Claiborne.....vinyl and cheap leather. I still have all of my old bags, and they still look fabulous.

I now buy Frye bags because I love quality leather. View All Leather Handbags For Women - The Frye Company

I thought maybe some of the real coach experts and I am sure there are a few, I hope there are, can help me. Thanks.
Try the nearest Coach Outlet.

A new Coach wristlet is not all that expensive to begin with. Why not just get one of those?

I don't know if it is fake or not but a concern I would have is the leather scratched or does it look worn. Sometimes in a picture you can't tell. I agree with the other response that Macy's often has sales on coach products or another major department store may as well.

Received the bag. There is nothing that gives me a feeling of a fake. Its very high quality made. stitching is flawless, the tag inside says made in China with a dot and is the same exact type I see on coach, black tag brown writing. Very soft leather, tag or key fob matches the purse. Same type and color of leather and patent leather mix with high quality stitching. Zipper is marked It has the YKK on it. I know this in and of itself is not a verifier but its a zipper Coach uses. Its not a cheap made item. If its a knock off its one of the AAA versions that would be hard to tell. For the money its a fair buy. It would be nice to tell but its one of those things, if you can't tell or its very hard to tell, what is the reason to have a real Coach?

Its a Coach wristlet...they aren't very expensive to begin with so the counterfeiters must likely would not waste their time with faking one. Just give it to her.

If you have time and are close to a mall, go to the Coach store or outlet. Let them tell you if the bag is authentic. Fake bags are really hard to judge now! I say it's fake just because the leather Coach keychain looks fake. I didn't see the inside. The lining has most if not all the answers.
