The furtherest I would go is to take out the garbage without wearing it after a 24 hour period.

I use it daily and wish everyone would. Unfortunately they don't. It's partially a cultural thing.

I use it after every shower, so, daily. Deodorant, not anti-persperant. I am a child of the '60s and '70s and using a product that artificially plugs up pores and follicles in order to inhibit a necessary, healthy bodily function does not sit right with me.
But I am really not convinced it is always necessary. I just think we've been trained to think we can't be really clean without it by the Commercial Advertising Machine.
Growing up and in young adulthood in Europe, I rarely used it. To the best of my knowledge I did not smell bad, nor did people I encountered on a daily basis. And trust me, I find BO offensive...but nasty body odor does not result from the lack of using commercial products to sanitize oneself. It comes from not showering or cleaning up often enough.

It's part of my daily 'getting ready' routine. I don't leave the house without it.
I live in Florida - and believe it, ppl need to surely wear it here.
I have never encountered so many ppl that literally stink - pungent individuals everywhere.
Nothing like following behind someone in the grocery store or anywhere else for that matter who REEKS.
And sitting near someone in a restaurant who isn't using it - truly gag worthy.
It's unfortunate. I think many of these ppl have no idea how odiferous they are. I know a lot of ppl who can't smell their own stink. It's part of who they are and they are absolutely clueless.
And yes, it's cultural, we've become a melting pot where 50% of the population doesn't even use anti-perspirant/deoderant. Here in Florida there's also that segment and I'm referring to the elderly population that never used it in the first place.

I use it about four or five times a day. When I get up, after working out before work, sometimes at lunch, if I went for a walk during lunch, after working out after work, and after my shower before bed.
Sounds excessive? Maybe. But I work hard, and want to make sure I don't smell that way.

And for this reason, I'm so glad, I carry my little bottle of herbal scented water everywhere I go. I haven't any problem discretely spritzing the air when someone of such odors enters the space near me.

Some people don't realize they smell bad....they think it's a "natural" smell, yeah, like bad breath or stinky feet..some don't care what anyone else thinks, a few are clueless.
