It's floorlength, all black, spagetti straps, with a draped sort of cowl sash on the front, and the sash ties in a small knot in the back and drapes 2 little whispy tails down the back, it's so pretty!

And check this, it's a size 8!! (I fit another that was a size 10... eh, but I didn't like the style as much) that elipitcal trainer must really be paying off!

Now for the shoes! goody goody

You guys have all been great with your advice, I hit up every retailer I could remember you all mentioning, (it took all weekend, so sore from shopping now LOL) and it paid off. Many thanks again. ^_^ you guys are great.

Good for you! I'm glad you didn't give up. Look at the shoes on the shoe thread. There's a great pair of shoes on there. Beautiful!

Im not really going to 'suggest' per say, but can tell you Ive actually bought gorgeous dresses from Thrift stores. Especially things I wont wear more than once or twice. Sometimes people buy a dress to wear only one time, like a prom or as a bridesmaid, whatever, then they toss it. If you saw my closet you would never know over half of what I have came from Savers or Goodwill. If you prefer someting new, Sally's (a womens clothing store) has some nice things at a reasonable price. Believe t or not, my 2nd wedding dress ( when I got married #2) came from Goodwill and no one ever knew until I was asked several months later.
