I'm going to Sephora for the first time next week. It looks like a girlie dream come true. I have no idea what to buy or what's good. What are your best finds there?

Love their brand mascara...I don't wear it much but I am very happy when I do:-)

Lorac Lip Polish is a must......so shiny and pretty colors!!!! Lorac has good eyeshadows too.

Sephora eye pencils are good ......matte colors with a choice of metallic colors that you can put over them.

They have a huge selection and you can do a ton of damage to your credit card

Ditto on the Sephora brand mascara! I love the way it makes my eyelashes stand out...

I buy my 'philosophy' products there and I STOCK UP on Sephora brand Lip Butter and Sephora brand professional lip balm. I'm big on lip balm- I wear it everynight before bed and I can go through one jar in a couple of weeks. Here's the link on their site:

Philosophy Purity one-step facial cleanser. I get the $10 travel kit size, which lasts me at least a month or more.. Other than that, I don't spend much at that store.

I'm with GreenMachine.

Clinique all the way for me

Part of what puts me off is the way the stores look. For the longest time I thought that they sold candles, until I was dragged into one. And then I thought that it was makeup just for 14 year olds.

I really like just walking around and trying out different colors and brands. I really can never go back to drugstore eyeshadows... They have neat little things set up on the side where you can apply and remove all the different makeups and see how they look on you.

I really like pretty much any Stila product.

Sephora stores sell the Bare Escentuals (minerals) products, so buy them there when I can.
