Since no one else has said it, you need to sample them on your skin becasue what you smell in the bottle is not always goin to be the same depending on how it reacts with your body chemistry. I honestly couldn't answer what scent I like unless I smelled it on you and not anyone else.

I am glad someone mentioned this. Different perfumes and colognes smell different on different people for this very reason. I would suggest going to a place and trying out different samples... and either bring a woman with you for an opinion or if there is a saleswoman there, ask her. Make sure it's a woman and not a guy or even yourself testing because men and women are attracted to different smells.
And when you do pick something, don't over do it. Women have a better sense of smell than men. (BBC News | HEALTH | Women nose ahead in smell tests) What you want to do is wear a small amount so she steps in closer to smell... not wear so much that she has to step away from you to breathe.
As for the original question, I kind of like Old Spice too... but really, when I smell a scent on a man, I generally have no idea what it is. So it just happens that Old Spice is the only one I can name. But I still like it.

So true, 2 men could wear the same cologne and not even smell close to the same.
