I know that this question may be a little intrusive, and I sincerely apologize if it is.

However, last fall a girl in my university decided to regularly wear short sleeves and jeans when it was 45 F outside, and then kept on complaining that it was too cold. Well, if the weather feels cold shouldn't you be wearing something warmer. Either layer up or stop consistently complaining that its too cold outside . Seriously, you are an adult and should be responsible enough to know that 45 F typically demands a sweatshirt.

The same thing happened in March when a guy dared to wear shorts in 50 degree weather and whined that he needed pants a couple minutes later. I think its silly for girls and guys alike to under dress when its chilly outside, not Fashionable or Manly. Tell me what all of you think.

I am finding the opposite. Warmish weather and they are wearing hoodies and coats, but I agree, it can be pretty chilly out and I will see the shorts.

I don't care what they where, what does bother me is shorts with long sleeves or coats.

I pretty much feel it goes without saying that if you need long sleeves on your arms you should probably have pants on.

I guess that may be silly though, because I wear pants and short sleeves! =)

I will never complain if women choose to undress/underdress.

Could be that she came from a warmer state, and that she did not have the money right away for cold weather gear.

It's been a long time since I was in college, but I am wearing shorts and a t-shirt today,
because it's 55 outside despite the rain and wind. With only 10 weeks of sunny weather we take advantage of any days at 55 or above to be comfortable, but I don't complain about being cold.

Maybe because some people are comfortable wearing light clothing during Fall & Winter? I only wore shorts and T-shirts and I have dealt with blizzards and other inclement weather. Some people are more tolerant of colder weather.

Then why should they whine or complain its cold outside. If you choose to dress light, deal with the cold and don't complain.

FYI, Women don't look hot when they under dressed in cold weather. Goosebumps and parched skin isn't pretty.

They are not allowed to complain? Why? I agree it is illogical to wear such clothing in colder weather if they cannot tolerate the cold. However they have the right to complain about it if they wish. Just ignore them if you do not like to hear it.

When I go out I would not complain if I was uncomfortable if it was too cold outside for me. I would tolerate the temperature until I could leave.
