Just curious: if you find a great looking item-good quality, looks good on, a variety of colors, maybe even on sale how many would you buy?

If I find a clothing item that fits me well, I will totally buy it in multiple colors, if they are colors that look good on me.

I do because I don't like shopping for clothes.

YES. It's insanely difficult to find things that fit me, so when I find something I like and fits me well I'll buy 10+ of it. I have baskets full of 'tunic tanktops' that are super long (I'm tall) and a ton of pairs of plain black ankle jeans that fit me well. Classic and easy to pair with just about everything.

Yes, I buy a few multiples of something, but by "a few" I mean two or three. Buying more wrecks my "one in, one out" philosophy.

I have bought brown, black, and navy shoes in the same style.

I'll buy several of a basic piece if I like it and feel I can use it all season. I buy duplicates of tees, slacks and shorts in different colors. I find things so seldom, that I will buy even if the stuff is not on sale.

Yes, often. I usually pick 2 different colors of I find a shirt I like. I sometimes get the same shoes in black and brown.
