Pretty much, I shower after work. I work as a janitor and I deal with garbage, so I get groady -- so after I get home, I get clean. Nail brush fingernails and toes, pumice feet, push back cuticles, wash hair lightly or rinse it out ( I only shampoo every other day)

I also am in the grip of menopause -- and sometimes I wake up in a sheen of sweat. If I am having a bad night -- I'll take a quick shower in the AM. Just a quick soap up and rinse off.

Both. But before people feel I am ruining the environment, all showers are not created equal. I tend to have a thorough, long shower either once a day or once every other day.

The other times, it is a very quick shower with just quick soap, but no hair washing, etc. These quick showers are great right before going to bed - you still feel refreshed without spending too much time. Same thing in the morning - I don't really have to wake up earlier if it's a quick shower.

I never shower if I can help it - I hate showers. I would rather take a long, luxurious bath instead - whenever I feel like it. The bed linens simply don't play into the picture at all.

If I've had a busy day, or done something to get particularly dirty, or if I just want to relax, I take a bath at night, but I also love the feeling of being completely fresh when I get dressed in the morning, so sometimes I take two baths a day.

There was not an entry for "when I'm dirty".

People really shower every day, twice a day? Wow. okay.

It seems there is no option titled "When I'm in bed." I find that the most efficient.

I have 5 inches of culry hair and it needs to get rinsed (or washed) in the morning or else it looks horrible. If I've been sweating I'll shower after/at night but I live in Canada and I don't sweat too easily.

Default Lately I've been showering in the morning

because at night I'm just too tired. However sometimes if I have to be up super early I shower at night so my hair will be dry when I wake up & save time. Of course ideally I would shower quickly before bed, and then a true "getting ready" shower in the morning

Mornings.

I have very long, thick, curly hair (3a) and if I were to wash/get it wet before bed it wouldn't be dry by morning and my pillow would be soaked.
