I like #1. It's very pretty. #2 looks kind of matronly.

If I only had the two to choose from, I'd pick the shaggy one, but always wear it with very sleek, covered up, monochromatic clothing underneath, nothing short or cropped or low cut. That makes it a fun addition to a serious outfit.

I'd go with #1 - it's more fun. The one on the right (#2) definitely looks matronly to me. I'd only wear #1 with solid black though - the skinnier the jeans or whatever the better. Black turtleneck and boots as well. So basically that's one outfit. But a little of that coat goes a long, long way if you know what I mean.
