Adi, what you ask is not unusual. I bet there are many here who wonder about similar things before they go out. Around here where I live, people wear light windbreakers when the temps are in that range, especially when it's overcast and there is a chance of rain. I know I do.
I would really appreciate it if my tolerance for cold increased. I am looked at like a weakling even though I am capable of performing vigorous physical activity when temps are almost 100 F. People up here think to be a tough guy, you got to resist the cold.
