It is not my style but I think on the right person it is cute. I think it is for a certain age group and body though.
My mom shops at Anthropologie though she would not wear this since she is older but I know they have cute things there.
It's a piece of junk clothing I wouldn't get for free.

I was thinking the exact same thing, gypsy. But it is cute for the young and slim.
Wore those during the early 70's. As hippies we called them peasant shirts, nothing new. They came
in short sleeves and long sleeves. They have made a comeback for a while. I prefer them without
the ruffles, gathered waist or belt.
