It's waist and hip ratio.
Why do some people think having big boobs and giant butt makes them curvy? If your waist is straight and you have no hips, you are not curvy.
It doesn't matter if your skinny or fat, waist to hip ratio says it all.

Disagree.
There is far more to being 'curvy' than just waist to hip ratio.

This! Waist to hip ratio, if there is a large difference betweeen the two that means a female is most likely bottom heavy. This could mean she has no boobs.
To me""curvy"" means ""hourglasss""

Depends on the girl.
Taller chicks pull off skinny.
Short chicks pull of curvy.
Subjective.

True hourglasses are rare. Most women are pear or apple shaped, from what I've seen.
According to da internet(34-25-35) I'm an hourglass, but I'm tall and thin so I'm technically a ruler.
For whatever reason these body shape calculators never ask for height. Yes, I'd be "curvy" at maybe 5'4. But at 5'9, a 35n inch hips doesn't even stand out.

The better question is...
Why do women confuse lumps and rolls with curves? They are not the same thing.
