Veneers (look, thin, long)

Hi everyone! I have an appointment on the 7th for a Veneer consultation. I'd like to ask anyone on here if there's any pros and cons to them? I'm looking at about $5500 for 6 upper teeth. Please let me know if that sounds correct

What brand? If they still sell Lumineers, run away from them.

Any veneer will make your teeth look and feel bigger. What are you trying to do with the veneers? Are you upper teeth crooked, stained?

You would probably be better off asking this in the dental forum here.

I had a few done several yrs back. The one thing I would say is.. if you have a school of dentistry anywhere in your area, check them out. It's about half the price and they do a pretty good job as the instructor has to check everything they do along the way and their grades depend on a good job. It may be a little slower because of the same reasons but def worth the lower cost.
I have no idea what brand they used on me but it's been about 6 yrs and I have no complaints.

Just know they don't last forever...and will need to be replaced at some point in time....
