My docs have always liked Cetaphil. Not scented. I buy the soap and lotion, works really well.

Lots of good suggestions here. Personally, I really like Cetaphil, CeraVe, or Eucerin. Lubriderm is pretty good too.

I went full circle and am back to Vanicream from lotion to cream, soap and sunscreen. Absolutely no scent and the whole family uses it without problems.

If the weather is especially bad, I'd put a little Vaseline on my cheeks. But for every day, you can't beat Cetaphil. The product in the big jar is my go to for eczema protection. Eczema is caused by dry skin. And honestly, use a little at night too.

I dislike lotion but I had some skin problems and went to the dermatologist and he dx me with dermatitis. He suggested I use Vanicream and I did and it helped with my dry skin. It is very inexpensive at CVS or Walgreens too.

Walgreens, CVS - it seems to be a bit hidden on lower shelves.

Thanks for the replies regarding Vanicream. Do any of you have experience using the sunscreen version as a facial moisturizer before applying foundation and makeup? Or is it primarily best used only as a body cream/lotion, and facial night cream.

Ditch the over priced chemical lotions that leech all that toxic gunk into your skin.

Use organic coconut oil and it works better than any 50.00 per ounce designer potion. It's all natural, organic, soaks right in leaving no nasty residue, and is ultra lightweight. A tiny glob the size of a pea or smaller works amazing under liquid foundation.

Nutiva is the best brand I found. It is around 25.00 for a large jug that will last forever. Cook with it, and eat 1 tsp per day raw, and it will moisturize your skin internally from the inside out. It is filled with super healthy fatty acids. You can find it in a health food store, or on Amazon.
