Oops. Based on the initial responses I thought it was about weather.

Generally I am tagged as overdressed. It is super casual here and I have a penchant for dresses and skirts. People read me as "dressed up" even though my outfits are no less comfy than sweats!

Today I need to do laundry and I am wearing a jersey dress to bike to do my errands.

I am on my phone, please forgive the typos.

Chronically underdressed (I live in fairly swanky part of town and rarely do more than jeans...and often less).

Overdressed...I'm the person who has to remove half their clothes to get through airport security because I know its going to be too cold on the plane.

I can always take stuff off if I get too warm but its not fun for me to be cold...super sensitive to that.

Uhh, for weather usually over dressed. Since it's hot here most of the year and board shorts haven't quite made it into CBD-accepted fashion yet....
Since most people don't dress in CBD fashion that means I'm generally overdressed. Whenever I go out after work in San Francisco with some college friends that live and work in the city, I invariably end up looking like a lost suit.

When I go out shopping or out to eat, I like to dress nicely - wool trousers, beautiful sweater, nice jacket, jewelry. I can wear jeans and a sweater and boots sometimes but that is not how I usually dress if I'm out for the day.

I am pretty sure that all of you already know the answer from my side. I am almost always overdressed, because my body is crazy sensitive to chill. Unless its 75 F +, I am usually in long sleeves. I am called "The Python" owing to my large size and inability to retain when its chilly.

Spoiler
Beware, If you get too close to me, I may constrict and cuddle you for warmth. If you are sexy and willing to comply, then I may bite as well
So I assume you mean overdressed as to temperature - it was not clear from the title.

I wore shorts tonight and it was about 48 F / 9 C. NO one else wore shorts. My shorts cutoff is around 45-50 F / 7-10 C.

I'm known for routinely wearing short sleeves down to 30 F / -1 C, even in gloomy conditions, and can, in some circumstances, wear short sleeves down to 14 F / -10 C.

I hate dressing up so I tend to dress down as much as I can. The older I get, the less I care about the "rules" of dressing, as long as I'm within a reasonable range for the type of event or venue that it is.

I've gotten in the habit of throwing a sport coat on over jeans and a collared shirt, when in the past I would have worn dress pants. Sometimes with that combination, I'll even wear fashion-oriented sneakers rather than dress shoes, since they're more comfortable. I have grown to like that hipster look better than a more formal look.
