Supposely, it measure the heart rate so um making a 'smart jock' it to far from the heart but very close to the second brain.
I would like to see the inventor go on 'Shark Tank' I bet they would tear them to shreads.
Why not just have a smart watch to monitor heart vitals via the pulse in the wrist.
So that it fashionable and can be worn in athletic exercisies they could make it like a swatch and call it smãtch ... dang I should patent that
