I've noticed the stores are full of dresses again. Cute little cotton sundresses in cheerful prints are everywhere.
Even though I'm now over 50, I have bought three new dresses this season and they make me feel all twirly and girly.
I'm wearing them out instead of the old cropped pants or shorts for shopping, out to dinner, or to the movies.
I'm telling you, if you want to get that old long lost feeling of being a girl. I highly recommend that you get a new dress.
I love dresses! In the summer institute a 90-day dress policy for myself. I agree, they definitely make you feel girly. I buy really comfortable ones and it also makes getting dressed easier because you only have to pick out one item of clothing.
Plus, it's sooooo easy to decide what you're going to wear. I would agonize even though my work wardrobe was mainly black or gray pants or skirts and solid blouses, still, every morning trying to "decide". Dresses make it so much more simple!
agree with you all. I've always been a dress fan. Long, short, mid-calf; love em all! My style leans toward that of Phoebe on 'Friends". My sister always says I look and dress like Phoebe.
i just dont feel comfy in dresses i rather wear a pair of jeans and a shirt
