Is dark hair and eyes considered pretty? (lighten, cut, coloring)

Yes but people speak based on the area they grew up, not based on china or india where everybody has black hair.

In the US the same, you might have a different experience growing up in Fargo ND than growing up in el Paso TX.

Dark hair and dark eyes is very pretty/handsome in my opinion. I have been attracted to guys with lighter features as well. I am not very discerning when it comes to looks but I will say I know many men who prefer dark hair and dark eyes over the fairer features.

I also know a lot of guys who love redheads...haha.

Of course dark hair and eyes are considered pretty just like every other skin, hair and eye color on the planet. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Of course you are not going to be pretty in everyone's eyes because everyone has their own idea of pretty.

I used to think I was ugly, growing up int e Christie Brinkley days. Then in the 90s, people sad it was OK to be more diverse, what with Cindy Crawford and all. It's always been OK, idiots! Anyway, I've always been attracted to Italians. Greeks, Puerto Ricans, because they were similar to me. I have dark brown hair (with blonde highlights, to hide the gray) and green/hazel eyes. I like how I am, and I refuse to be a substandard version of the blue eye blonde haired type.
