Is dark hair and eyes considered pretty? (dye, colored, blonde)

All my life I have been jealous of people with light hair and eyes because I have seen blonde hair and red hair girls called pretty but always seen passed me. I have always hated my hair because of how dark it is(very dark brown/black). I have have very dark brown almost black eyes. I also have olive/beige skin.
I've seen many men and women with dark hair and eyes that are extremely attractive. I, myself, am more drawn to "exotic" looks.
I have dyed black hair (naturally medium-dark brown) and light brown eyes. I'm often described as "exotic" much thanks to being multi-ethnic (black, white and Native American).
Depends on the woman, I guess. Some women with dark hair and eyes can be extremely attractive, in my honest example. Good examples of this can be some Jewish women.

I think there's something of an inherent bias when you look a certain way and have the perspective that guys always go for women who look the opposite of you. I, myself, am very pale, with very light green eyes and light colored hair...and when I was a teen, etc., it always seemed to me that girls with striking, dark hair and dark eyes looked more dramatic and got the attention, whereas the more pale, colorless girls got sidestepped.
In reality, though, not looking at it through the lens of wishing one had opposite looks from what one has, which can be human nature (think of all the curly haired people who hate their curly hair, and the straight haired people who covet it and don't get that they hate it), the truth is that taste is so subjective. For every person who finds dark hair and eyes most attractive, there is someone who would prefer a towhead blonde with aqua eyes.
I'd say generally no, unless the skin contrasts a lot with them. E.g., some women with Asian or Jewish ancestry. I'm speaking for what I believe typical preferences are, not mine per se.
Consider wearing lighter-colored contacts if that insecure about it. Although I don't think it's something worth caring much about.
Yes. I personally love women to have dark hair and eyes. I'm tired of the inferiority complex women have towards lighter features... get over it you're beautiful too.
