So I'm in my mid-ish twenties and I'm concerned about avoiding wrinkles in the future. I want to look 10 years younger than my age when I hit mid 30's.

I've heard botox is only temporary. And it kinda scares me.

What steps should I take to avoid wrinkles and have good skin? I've heard moisturizing is good, no?

Sun block, use stick waterproof under eyes, wear sunglasses every time its sunny, get glasses when you need them instead of squinting.

Lotion up after showers.Drink water.

Last of all know it may happen anyway, its an age process.

When you say lotion up after showering, do you mean use moisturizer?

Do anti-wrinkle creams work?

Don't smoke.
Don't engage in substance abuse
Don't allow stress to run your life, learn to be resilient.
Wear sunblock all year
Keep a healthy diet, yes it matters
Curse your DNA if you tend to have a family trait of early skin wrinkling
Get plenty of sleep
Don't walk around angry at the world. I cannot tell you how many people I see who look older because they are sour and angry. If things happen, work to move on.
Plenty of sex.
And when you inevitably get some wrinkles, don't worry about it because it happens, we all had our wrinkle free years, embrace them now and accept aging gracefully

Stay out of the sun and always use sunscreen anyway. Don't use cheap drug store cosmetics. Always take your makeup off before going to bed. Exfoliate using sugar mixed with honey about once a week. Use a facial mask--yogurt is good, you don't have to pay much money for these things.

Use a natural cream that has things like cocoa butter, glycerine, some natural oils. You can even just use olive oil on your face or even coconut oil.

The best anti wrinkle cream is probably something simple like olive oil or something very expensive, the ones that contain seaweed, certain peptides, and other ingredients Most of the creams in between are nothing but a lot of harsh chemicals that won't help you in the long run--and they are very over-priced.

Staying out of sunlight and using sunblock are more important. People don't often make the connection because the wrinkling shows up 10-20 years later from the ultraviolet radiation.

Yes use moisturizer lotion.

Anti-wrinkle cream is a scam for the most part. They had a special on the news that it may tighten or fill in a bit. But honestly many rich just get face lifts or have good jeans.

Fat works wonders too. Lol
