I do not think so. Premature aging has more to do with genes and lifestyle (tanning, bad food, partying, etc.).

Redheads do, that I have seen...and it is shocking to me.
Their skin is so pale and nice when they are young. Irish heritage, maybe.
I am blonde and when I saw my mother at 86....I called friends and
said, "Well, I'll never be needing a facelift!"
My hair doesn't have a gray hair....I buy special wrinkle creams you are supposed
to use that last 8 hrs before out...I don't need. (No. 7, is supposed to be a miracle
Skin care line the movie stars use, btw.)
In 5 months I could get social security.
My friends, all younger and wrinkled ask me.."Where are your wrinkles?"

Soap has not touched my face since 1983, sun since 1978, a towel has not "rubbed"
my face since the 80s ( I pat dry), and my face hasn't scrunched on my pillow
laying on my side since the 80s either....my weight is on my mastoid process....bone
behind the ear.
(Hold a mirror while your face is scrunched on your pillow...you will never do it again!)

Oh, a Russian esthetician,sp?, that studied for 2 years...told me only clean your
face with 100% cotton and witch hazel....never have a bar of soap touch any skin, period.
Bathing I use liquid soaps.

Always moisturize at night and always your neck.
Sip water all day so it gets into your tissues.

Just to be clear, I am naturally blonde, though now mixing with white, with fair, peachy skin. I don't have many wrinkles, but I do have sags. I've been told from time to time that I don't look my age. About the time I turned 60, I do think I looked a few years younger, but when I look in the mirror now, I think I pretty much look my age.

I have taken care of my skin throughout my adult years. I don't tan well, so I don't spend a lot of time in the sun, but I don't protect myself all the time either. My makeup (so reviled in another thread) has spf protection, as does my daytime moisturizer. And my glasses also have sun protection in the lenses. There are things you can do to help yourself stay looking good, but it also helps to have those good genes. In all honestly, I think the genes are the most important factor in how we age, all things considered.

And as someone else posted, it helps if you can afford to do the things you need to do to take care of yourself.
