I wear my hats backwards sometimes, but it depends on the style of hat to me. I wear mainly flat-bill hats (not straight across flat, but slightly bent like a baseball player would wear) and I think those look fine backwards. In fact really all I wear are MLB hats most of the time. I think the "normal" curved-bill hats can look kinda goofy backwards but I wouldn't be like "hey, what a douche". I don't think anyone is a douche for the way they wear their hat unless it's sideways. Or unless your name is Colin Kaepernick.
I'm wearing my hat backwards now as I sit at Starbucks. I didn't want to fix my hair just to come here. Wearing my hat forward partially blocks my vision. And when you are slightly colorblind, blocking any part of vision is asking for trouble. It's 70 degrees where I'm at, too hot for a beanie as I prefer beanies.

I think it's sexy when a guy (who's already good-looking) wears his hat forwards OR sideways or backwards. It's an accessory that works well on men with swag.
