I have started using Olay products and have been buying them at Amazon. I noticed that two jars of crèmes were like half-full. I did not reported it, but, I am wondering if anyone has had a similar experience with Amazon. They do have excellent prices for Olay.
But Amazon has an excellent reputation. Do you think that they would let through counterfeits?
You are assuming that they would know and then care enough to follow up on a skeevy report. Which is highly unlikely, especially given that Amazon channels millions of sales daily.

You'd be surprised. I had a complaint with an item....and I thought Amazon responded completely appropriately, even doing more than I expected or asked...and I didn't email with an actual complaint/demand...but just an FYI.
