Most women I know would be repulsed not only because of the extreme tackiness of a dude wearing fur, but also because its FUR. It is just not cool to wear a fur coat at all. Not cool at all.
A few small minority of women like the "real Atlanta housewives" or "NBA Housewives" would be all like "Ohhhhhhh girl, he had a full length mink fur trenchcoat that was died purple with purple alligator shoes, purple fur fedora, purple socks, purple Rolex, purple Louis Vuitton wallet and a purple 1964 Chevrolet. He was damn good looking. So you knows I gots to gets me some of that".
Really, the only dudes wearing fur who are not Brazilian village pygmies are Don King, rappers, and ghetto professional athletes. "Normal" dudes just don't wear that.
Picking up my kid from school the other day I saw a man wearing a mink coat. He pulled it off well. Just the right mix of flash and class. Some men go too far with the accessories, though, and end up looking like a pimp or player.
