I need to update my look, but I really don't want to change my hair much. Any suggestions on ways to update a look without being too drastic? What's "in" right now? I am 32 year old female
If your hair is parted, change the side it's parted on, and take on a new eye makeup style. Something that small can make a big difference in how you work your look.
Posting a picture would really help, then people can see what they are working with and can better advise you. Maybe you don't need to change anything all.

What you like and what you think looks good on you is the look you go for.
I have never permed nor put color in my hair and never will, not even streaks.
Wear your hair in a braid or pulled back out of your face for a change.
Get barrettes and use them for a change. Use a ribbon instead of a headband, if you use either.

When I wanted to buy new make up I first got it done at the Clinique counter to give me a fresh look. Then I bought the make up but also had new ideas. So maybe changing your make up.
