Hmm this is your second thread concerned with how other people dress. At this point I'm thinking you have too much time on your hands and that MUST be why you feel that is necessary for people to subscribe to your idea of what is fashionably appropriate. When you are busy with a life, a purpose, and truly focused on yourself you tend not to notice those minor details nor feel that those people must be a certain way since they don't dress according to your standards... In other words mind your business and focus on yourself.
I think ball caps and gym shoes on older men are fine.
This morning I saw a woman probably close to 70 ~ frumpy and tired-looking, wearing bright fuchsia hair. Now THAT'S hard for me to swallow in an older person.
Wearing hats backwards has always been more of a white guy thing I think. With hip hop style the hat is more cocked to the side. It's the subtle differences. lol
