Do you live in a dry climate? I know personally my skin has been really dry this winter because we've had such a long winter here. Are you using a moisturizer? If so, which one? If not, you definitely need to introduce one to your routine. You need to look for something non-comedogenic, which won't block your pores.

I swear by the moisturizers made by Korres, Kate Somerville, and Derma Doctor, but all three of those are pretty pricey. When I can't afford those, I like CeraVe facial moisturizing lotion for day and Olay night recovery cream for night.

Best of luck.

Did the excessive dryiness only happen around your eyebrows? It could be due to a new makeup you're using or a change in the formulation of your current makeup. It could also be due to something going on medically. I know that when I was first diagnosed with a thyroid issue and also with diabetes, the skin around my eyes was so dry! It was like alligator skin! I was actually using lip balm just to hydrate it. Once I got on the thyroid meds and got my glucose levelled out, it went back to normal.

Go to a dermatologist, you may have eczema. I have it, a tiny bit around my hairline. And flares in other areas on my body, mainly stress related.

I didn't connect the two, but before I was diagnosed with diabetes, the skin around my eyes was so dry I had to put Vaseline on it every night.
