I picked up an Olay Regenerist Serum, but from Boots, for a friend of mine. Did not open it and gave it to her. She phoned and asked me whether I had tried some. To which I replied no. Apparently it was only half full. She returned it to Boots who replaced it immediately but apparently a lot of Olay products have been returned over the counter recently. Quality Control gone South???

On the packaging it should say what it was supposed to weigh. So even if it is half full, it might just be the weight that it is sold by.
