Why should women have to show more skin?

That's my take on it. I mean, I don't particularly care if women are dressing for other women or men or for their grandma. It's more important to be tasteful and flattering, but apparently maxi skirts are Amish wear or Duggar fashion or burqas. Sometimes I wonder if it's possible to please men at all, lol. Maybe it's just CD.

I like all skirts especially the flared mini skirts or flirt skirts but its so windy around here its just not possible. Mid length is about as short as you can go while longer skirts (above the ankle and floor length) are stylish and elegant.

It's just C-D. Lots of false bravado behind the keyboard. They'd never say it to your face. And, why the heck do you need to please men, btw? Frankly, the ones worth having will love you in a mini, a maxi, and everything in between.

I think men are just wired to want women, how they channel that is whether we think they are pervs or not.

Sometimes I dress to attract men (my husband), sometimes to be fashionable, or comfortable. Mostly it depends on my mood.

I have two maxi skirts that I feel totally sexy in, and as a huge bonus, absolutely comfortable. As a bonus, bonus, my husband said he like it too.

There was something I read that in bad economic times skirt lengths go up.... so from a political perspective I guess things are looking up?

The two are not mutually exclusive.

I've always worn long skirts with a tank top throughout the summer.....
It's cute & comfy; I never cared if it's fashionable-
but I do get lots of compliments.
Sundresses, too- I love 'em.....
I don't look to other people to approve of my choices in what I wear-
ironically, once I start wearing something, everyone seems to suddenly copy the style.
Then I change it up with something else.
