I would say my face is half round and half square tapering or a mix between the two. I've always worn round glasses, but for some reason they were difficult to find at the big box optical shops. Are they out of style? I decided to go with these eyeglasses instead that are kind of squarish round. Will they become outdated?

Are you talking about reading glasses like 1.50 or 1.75? If so, ebay has them under "Lennon specs" search.

All glasses frames become dated. Don't worry about it and wear what looks good on you.

I agree with wearing what looks good.

Round glasses make me look like a bug.

I'm the same with clothing--if a certain style/cut looks good, I stick with it.

No one will ever accuse me of being on the 'cutting edge' of fashion.

I'm not entirely sure why you're so concerned about them being outdated when your original preference was round glasses. They were outdated shortly after Lennon passed.
