I recommend Retin A, and you can get it from your regular doctor. You'll have to use
sunblock EVERY day because it will make your skin sensitive, but it is a miracle worker.

Have you tried the natural japanese silk facial treatment mask? It is the best anti-aging product for me. It has three varieties and can be used in all skin types. I love the Anti-Ageing Oxidant because it has Argan Oil that is rich in essential fats and Vitamin E nutrients that help slow the ageing process.

What can I do here? I want to be able to walk outside without my face looking like I aged 10 years a few days later.
I always have had a problem with dark spots and they become a real problem in the summer months. Is there any creams that prevents this? Anything?
This is not me. I found it on google images but this is kind of what im dealing with.
To me it looks like melasma. I have only a small spot on my left cheek and I searched online and found this website How to Treat Melasma: 12 Steps (with Pictures) - wikiHow I am going to buy this over the counter hydroquinone cream and start trialing it. If you decide to do so also perhaps we can keep a photo diary???

EVERYONE needs sunscreen, regardless of how dark their skin is. Yes, even black people need sunscreen.

I have a friend who is currently battling stage 4 melanoma. Everyone please wear sunscreen! Take care of your skin!

Vinegar or lemon juice have also been mentioned for dark or age spots.

I have Melasma, as well. Same symptoms, I go out in the sun and they appear. Hormones causes this. Are you on Birth Control pills? They will cause melasma. Talk to your dermatologist.

Many things can make one's skin photosensitive - it is not always directly caused by the sun, and unfortunately there is not much one can do to fade them. I have a few spots on my face but fortunately they are closer to my hairline on the sides and easier to cover.
