The pair I had like that came from the Bass shoe store at the Tanger Outlet Mall, circa 1992. I just looked online and came up with the same thing a poster had above me in Zappo's.
And to address the foot concerns: we don't know how the OP is going to wear them. I mainly wear running shoes, but 2 - 3 times a year, I don my $10 pumps from Payless Shoes for about 90 minutes for a funeral or formal group photo . . .
They look like something from Zigi Soho which Bakers sells. If they are from a few years ago you may have a hard time finding them and have to settle for a style close to them.
I was also going to say DSW they have umpteen shoes in there it will take you a good 2-3 hours going through that place end of story .. Im sure you can find something close to what you are looking for .good luck it stinks to loose a fave pair of shoes .

Some of us choose practical and comfortable over shoes that will deform our feet over long periods of time, in addition to giving us back pain, a possible broken ankle, sprained ankles, varicose veins and any other number of ailments that come from wearing shoes that are not meant for human feet.
