NO, I can spot a toupee a mile off - even the really expensive ones. No, no, no. And I'm not a fan of the shaved head look either. Men need to let their hair just do what their hair does - if you're balding, embrace it.

Wouldn't matter if I was attracted to him anyway. I'd make him take it off and feel comfortable with me seeing him balding. I don't plan on walking around in a Wonderbra all the time with these saggy potatoes by the time I'm 50 nor getting botox, so pfft.

I prefer bald, or head shaved, to comb overs, and toupees. The latter two are complete turnoffs to me.

Nobody likes a toupee. If they can't tell, they can't tell (and most can), but no woman I can imagine would prefer a man to keep a toupee over just shaving it or just acknowledging the balding pattern and getting his hair cut appropriately.

Regarding the 18-30 crowd: You'd be surprised. I know a ton of guys that started balding in their early 20's, myself included. I've been shaving my head since I was 23. There's a good chance it was starting to go before that, but I had dreadlocks then, so I didn't notice!

Andre Agassi wore a wig and people thought he was hot.

Where do you get these ideas?
Well, I guess we know where the OP's eyes go when a woman approaches him....

So toupees are definite no-no. A few girls want hair, but most girls surprisingly say, "Go natural". Yet there's something I've noticed: the guys who shave their heads and go natural are the Vin Diesel types with good physiques so this bolsters their confidence. The more skinny, short, slight types use the toupees. Coincidence or compensation?

Sidenote: I feel for young guys who don't have a good physique and are going bald. Nothing strikes terror in the hearts of young guys like the words, "You're going bald". If any guys are reading this, maybe they can give us an idea about how they felt when they started losing their hair. Hive was nice enough to let us know how he handled it.

I can not stand this look. Unfortunately, many many men sport it. It looks so weird to me - no hair on top with hair on your chin. I find bald with no goatee much more attractive.

Why would our eyes go to a guy's belt?
