i do not wear any underwear< never have< makes me feel very uncomfortable< but when i was young and wore mini skirts i would wear a swimsuit bottom>

I don't know about climates, but there are only 4 situations I can think of to go sans undies...
1. showering/bathing
2. at the beach because wearing undies with a bathing suit is redundant and just plain weird.
3. certain physical exams
4. I think we can all figure out what this one is.

i have worn bathing suit bottom in place of underwear before also. it's like when you run out of toilet paper and use dinner napkins instead.
