That is my opinion, I always wear underwear, but I only wear cotton and I'm very healthy. They make very cute and sexy things in cotton nowadays. There is nothing sexy about nylon IMO and that's what causes the bread making problems. Cotton, unscented soap and a healthy low sugar diet will help women avoid those problems.

Eh, I can name a few friends who get a yeast infection from the wind blowing the wrong way. For those prone, no underwear is the way to go.

I feel bare without them. They are like my security blanket. The only time ive ever gone "commando" was when i forgot my underwear after going to the beach or while doing laundry. But at night im just in my undies and an oversized tee shirt. So comfty!
