That's the elementary school playground way of putting it.

I remember when the show "Wonderwoman" was on and Lynda Carter had hand gap.

Could your entire palm fit onto the crotch?

1. The first part requires a partner, and I am lacking one presently. The second part sounds delicious too, though!

2. Foot toe, as opposed to...?

3. I honestly don't know - haven't been to Brazil yet.

The exercise regimen described by jayway seems more fun than pumping iron but life isn't all just fun, right? Not worried about bulking out, I'd think I'm no genetic freak. Women with testosterone imbalances have telltale signs, none of which have manifested themselves in my case. I'm so opposed to steroids that I refused the steroid shot a doctor wanted to give me for my bout of back pain a few years ago. I am however a layperson with weightlifting terms, so can you describe a barbell deadlift? I want to increase the assline to match the bustline, if you will.

Personally I'm not looking for a 'gap' I'm looking at the whole person.

Can we all agree the left is unhealthy and only promoted to sell specific styles/types of: clothing, weight loss, cosmetic surgery and all manner of *stuff* to women. Please, do not hold the left photo up as anything to emulate unless you are a female actress looking to win realistic role portrayal as survivor of concentration camp.

My thoughts exactly.

It also makes the woman's hips look wider. A gawky look.

This whole gap thing is beyond stupid.

Most any woman can have a thigh gap by standing sort of pigeon-toed and jutting her butt out slightly --- there, thigh gap.

Many top athletes, like gymnasts and sprinters, have no thigh gap whatsoever. It's more a posing thing than anything else.

Buy the book "Starting Strength". Practice your form in the mirror a lot. Then go lift heavy things and put them down for a few months(by then it will be habit and you'll likely just keep doing it), while eating plenty of protein.
