I know they have been around for awhile, but honestly, I can't look at them without gagging. Part of the reason is because one of my daughter's friends after she got one she ended up swallowing it and had to go to the hospital. It was quite an ordeal and ever since when I see them I get a queasy feeling in my stomach. What do you think?
I think they are disgusting and disturbing to look at. I hate it when people "play around with them". Everyone with one seems to have a speech impediment afterwards, also.
I DESPISE body piercings of any kind except for the ears. Tongue, eyebrows, navels, nipples - any other area make me queasy to look at. Yes, very trashy, IMO.

So girls who get tongue rings/piercings are basically proclaiming to the world "I love to s*ck d*ck"? LOL. Classy. So tongue rings are not just trashy, they are ho-ish as well. LOL.
Let's see, doing something to be 'stylish' (profoundly foolish) that can lead to: risk of infection / disease, loss of sensitivity and taste (due to metals) or due to nerve damage, dental health damage to teeth and gums, can you say stupid?
I would not get one but if you want to, then fine- just keep it under wraps. Meaning if you are selling a kirby door to door- dont come with your face covered in metal and wearing a suit, it wont work.
