The only Daisy Dukes I've seen up here in western Canada were in Calgary last year.
They were pretty much the purvue of the twenty something white cool group.
It last for Calgarys' summer, which is about three weeks.
Calgary also has Boss Hogg, who fortunately is just known for his white hat.

These are the shorts I wore. I lived in them, not only for work but for everyday wear. They are stretchy, so if you gained or lost a few pounds they still fit. Women said I had nice legs at one time, so that was another bonus. But I have gotten older and more modest, so they all got tossed out.

Don
Reminds me of those shorts that Croc Hunter guy wore. A little too high waisted for my tastes but i wouldnt ridicule a man for wearing them.

Me, at the moment.

Not these, I've not seen the "Daisy Duke's" for men, that's just not proper!

I'm sorry, I thought it was funny. I don't care what men wear. Get a life.

When I think of Daisy Dukes I think of high waisted shorts, not short inseam ones. They may be short in the legs but they fasten just below your ribcage. I dont see the point in something like that.

lol! I forgot about that show.

I'm gay, and I wouldn't wear short shorts unless you paid me! Maybe it's my generation because I was a kid when "short shorts" were in style. I think my mom put them on me when I was little, but by the time I chose my own clothes, longer shorts were in style.

Only thing i didnt like about short shorts when i was a kid (70s) was sitting on hot seats. However since most of us were at the pool we would simply have a towel with us to sit on.
