That's easy. Most men just care about getting fit.

Daily sunscreen on face, neck and hands. Basic skincare regimen. That will put you ahead of your games for a few decades to come.

Get in shape.

If you manage to do both, then dress well in fitting clothes. You'll have ladies flocking to you in no times for years.

Just like there are no ugly women just lazy ones, same could be applied to men.

A good haircut will do wonders. Work out. Good grooming is always important. Those are more important than an expensive wardrobe. (As long as the guy isn't wearing grimy sneakers and clothes full of holes...)

Healthy glowing skin? Find a gentle cleanser (Purpose or Cetaphil or Boots) & wash your face 2x a day, morning and night. Exfoliate your skin 1-2x a week with a gentle scrub with microbeads, the Aveeno skin brightening one is good or one of the clean & clear scrubs.

I'd say a big part of the pretty boy look is being well groomed. Get your eyebrows threaded or waxed, make sure you don't have a unibrow and wax excess body hair (no beard/mustache, chest hair)

Wear form fitting jeans and shirts like skinny jeans and V-neck shirts. make sure clothes+shoes+accessories match

when you work out go for muscle definition or "cut" rather than bulking up.

genetics. Having nice skin doesn't make your face any less ugly, just makes it have clear smooth skin covering it. Bone structure, symmetry, skull shape, etc all are the major players in good looks.

You should just stop caring about being good looking and be you. The confidence that comes from that ends up making you appear more good looking (literally, studies have been done on this). It won't turn jabba the hutt into Beyonce, but there is a lot more wiggle room then people think. This is possible because our visual experience of the world is filtered through our mind, well it's actually completely created by our mind using electrical sense impressions as the foundation. So "you" to other people is their own creation, which means it is subkect to change. This is why both genders report someone becoming better looking as the initial conversation progressed, because of that persons "vibe", who they were beyond the flesh.

Try estrogen treatments to feminize your looks...that's what they all have in common.

Is this metrosexual taking to the extreme?

Do women like metrosexual men?
