I've always been attracted to broad shoulders. I like them wide, when they fill a standard doorway. I like mass. Howie Long and Dwayne Johnson have nice broad shoulders.

My hubby is only 5'6" tall, but he lifts weights and has that sexy "V" shape that guys work so hard for. He's not muscle-bound; his body is more like David Beckham's.He has broad shoulders, flat stomach (but not a defined 6-pack), a small waist and a small, nicely-rounded butt.

Personally, I can't stand when men have "ski-slope" shoulders that start at the base of the neck and sharply slope down-I find it very unattractive.

ski slope shoulders are an unattractive trait in a man. It just looks weak or wimpy...no offense.

I'm not entirely sure what shoulders I have. I've always been told that I have broad shoulders, the top is just flat and has a lot of bone. The muscle in the base of my neck slopes down, but curves until about half way where it just runs flat along my shoulder.

I don't really care about shoulders, or posture, or trying to make 'em look all attractive, rofl.
To me they're just shoulders, if people tell me they're broad and look good then I suppose i'm lucky. If not, well.. too bad for me? xD

I have very broad muscular shoulders...typically have to wear mens Large or some XL for good fit through the shoulders but then struggle to find them that don't hang far down on me. (Shorter torso, long legs)

As I have lost weight off my torso my V has returned pretty well and will be all the way back in another month.

I married one, but no offense taken here. All the men I know that have shoulders like that were far from weak or wimpy. In fact most are/were power lifters, football players, etc.. Weak or wimpy never entered my mind (obviously or I wouldn't have married a guy with those physical attributes. )

Seeing bones makes me think weak or wimpy, not that it necessarily means that's true because I've known some pretty strong skinny guys. None that could kick my a$s though.

That is what I meant.....the ski slope shoulders that have no muscle look more wimpy than the broad shoulder structure with no muscle....
