I wonder if the clothes you stay in home in (when watching movies, cooking, reading) differ from what you wear when you go to bed. Is there any reason to change clothes before go to sleep? I do change but it seems like a useless ritual to me. The clothes I'm in home is clear and comfortable so I see no reason to change it to something else like pyjamas to go to bed.
When I'm at home and not doing anything active I usually change out of my jeans and shirt into gym shorts and a T-shirt, which is what I sleep in.
Used to sleep in just a tee shirt, but then started sleeping nude and now find that most comfortable, even in winter. I read somewhere that it is better for you, too!
If temperature is too warm for regular jeans, just hack off an old pair and use them as cut-offs. At least it's denim!
Good idea! I love it!
