You must be a very pretty woman .

I typically head and shoulders body wash, and that's it. However, every 2 weeks I take coconut oil baths in my "hot tub" (more like a cool tub for now ). Its a culture for Indians to take coconut oil baths frequently, especially before major festivals. Keeps my skin shiny and smooth.

It took me a few years but I finally realized that soap/shampoo/bodywash are all the same thing and could be used interchangeably.

I just use a bar of ivory soap, no washcloth or loofah or anything else. We had washcloths when I was a kid, but now they seem a bit old fashioned, like shining your shoes.

Awhile back, I had some cotton yarn and wasn't sure what to do with it, so it was knit up into wash cloths. Some are semi-bumpy (knit all rows) and some are smooth on one side and slightly bumpy on the other (knit one row, purl the next). There are loads of patterns online, should you feel the need to knit up a wash cloth or two. They are really nice to use, though, I was surprised.

As for soap, generally it is bar soap and frequently Irish Spring or something similar. We are in a semi-tropical area and having anti-bacterial anti-whatever soap to help combat skin fungus is a good thing. If we were in a different climate, we'd probably use whatever was appropriate to that climate.

I made a wash bag to put my pieces of soap in and wash with and discovered 1,it does a great job at washing me that way and 2, bar soap last longer that way, so I always put the soap in the bag.
I use a luffa on my back and the back of my legs and feet.
and just any shampoo I can afford.
