Just focus on eating right. Working out (specifically squats, deadlifts and maybe burpees) and you'll get a fantastic body.
No I actually have an ass arch. My butt can pretend to be flat in baggy clothes but it's definitely not flat. It's just my shoulders are so big. They're not meaty or anything. They're just wide and slim. Just like my hips but on a grander scale. Also I heard later on in life childbirth adds 2 inches to the hips at least so eventually I might proportion out later in life. I'm 20 so I think my hips growing are pretty finished.

Thanks but I don't have narrow hips.

I wished childbirth added inches on my hips but it didn't I think, naturally, you can't make your hips bigger. I tried with different kind of exercise but none of them helps in increasing size, unfortunately. I've heard about implants to make it bigger but I don't want to go that way.

Your already pretty balanced according to your measurements, you can dress to minimize your shoulders but since your already hour which means you are equally proportionate I honestly think you probably look fine.
one thing I don't get is how her bust is 34"? If she's a 32D... Maybe she measured with a bra on. That holds in the measurement. Because a true 32D is a 36 inhaling. I think she measured with a bra on because I get "34/35" anytime I measure at the store with clothing on. But a 32D can not fit someone with a true bust of 34 it's too big.

Childbirth doesn't make hips bigger for every woman. I have a child and my body didnt change.

I'm sorry about y'alls shoulder problem. My sister has a similar issue where she has very broad shoulders but is very thin with a true hour glass body. It often causes her to look like a triangle when she isn't one. Did I mention she is busty? Her butt isn't flat, similar to the ops-not flat but not big, average. So overall she appears triangle when you consider her bust and broad shoulders and smaller butt, but she is hour.

My shoulders are broad but I'm bottom heavy so I'm guessing that might be what balances it out. I'm also not super thin so it doesn't stand out. But what I would love to have less butt, and a bit more bust. :-D. Push up bras are my friend.

I think wearing shirts that minimize your shoulders or bottom attire that creates the illusion of wider hips will help. Building up your bottom half with side lunges, cable kickbacks, and a variation of squats, can help in your situation.

See, that's why I get confused. Some people will say that I am hour glass and and some will say V shape. I am just a little frustrated on my shoulder. It didn't help that my brother teased me all the time being a linebacker Shopping is frustrating too. I don't even know which kinds of sleeves works for me. I have tried this style before ( I really like it):

Bec & Bridge Osaka Scuba Dress in Blue (Indigo) | Lyst

Note that I am talking about the sleeve. Will this work on me? Thanks!

Sorry for the grammar and spelling errors. English is not my first language
You can do a more extreme version of that sleeve that will make your shoulders less broad.

I measured without a bra.

I got 32D from the lady at Nordstrom who fitted me to find the correct bra size. It fits perfectly.

Yeah I've heard of those too. They came out last year right? Or that's when I first heard about them didn't seem too expensive.

I have gotten bigger hips in the past 2 years. And it's weird I was underweight most of my teen years my hips were about 31"? And very straight and narrow. They didn't really become wide until last year. Idk why. What's weirder is that this whole journey has made my body shape change like 3 times over lol. I first gained weight at 19 like 24 lbs. I had a general inverted triangle shape back then. I always had a 24 inch waist or bigger never more than 25. When I was at my heaviest I had really big boobs bigger thighs and a medium size butt but no hips really. But like since the end of last year I lost 10 lbs and when I stayed at 100 my waist slowly has gotten an inch and a half smaller. My hips stayed the same size as did my shoulder. My boobs thighs and butt got smaller but only during the 10 lb weight loss. My waist continues to get smaller which brings out my hips. I never really lost a lot of weight on my waist originally. I just never gain much either. But I'm now 20 so I'd think I'm done or nearly done growing hips. I still don't gain fat on my hips just like the bones got wider I had a change in diet.

Well then maybe you're a 30D? because 32D's are 36".

I used to be a 32C (35). I would wear 34C's pretty well just on the last hook.

A 32 inch rib cage + 4 inches as a D cup is 4". It equals 36".
