I don't find them attractive.

I have VERY broad shoulders and a very narrow hip. Unfortunately the effect is ruined by a massively rotund belly and tight clothes that make me look like an overstuffed sausage.

I get hot easily in summer and need to reveal a bit to stay comfortable. Wide and shiny shoulders are (hopefully) my ticket to go sleeveless without causing eyesores in women .

Yes broad shoulders are a definite plus for men. It is one of the traits that helps separate the strong from the weak. Same with forearms, big hands, a masculine nose and jaw, etc.

Yes, women like men with broad shoulders. No, I wouldn't agree. There's not that many guys with broad shoulders, and those without do fine.

There's no real good exercises for having wider shoulders. You can maybe add two inches, but that's into body builder territory already. Way easier to get ***** than add that much muscle.

LOL

So true. Although mine is also ruined by my being vertically challenged and looking like a pirated video where someone got the aspect ratio wrong.

I have a cousin who I always joke they got the measurements mixed up on. He's 6'3" and slender, I'm 5'9" on a good day and even without the extra insulation, I'm a good 20-30 pounds heavier. Aspect ratio.

I have no idea if a girl or woman prefers a guy with broad shoulder or if she mainly just wants him to be well proportioned. Sometimes I see a couple and wonder how they ever got together.

I prefer wide shoulders but would never make this a reason to date or not date somebody.

I think when we (as women) have the magical "list" of features a mate would have, broad shoulders might be on there with tall, handsome, good with kids, smart, funny, caring, dimples, strong jaw, financially comfortable, masters degree or higher, broad shoulders, swimmers build (or maybe soccer player), good relationship with mom, likes to cook, likes to clean, fixes cars, paints/sculpts, builds furniture and whatever else people put on that exhaustive list you create when you are a youngster. And then you realize lots of that stuff is negotiable.
