I would like to ask if what is the best fashion clothing for women with tanned-skin?
Especially what dress colors should they wear?

My Asian d-I-l hates green. Says it makes her skin look greenish. She wears blue, red, black, white.

OP we need more info about your undertones. It makes a difference. Are the warn, neutral, golden, yellowish, bluish, reddish?

By "morena," do you mean she also has dark brown/black hair and dark eyes?

If so:

Red, black, royal blue, turquoise, charcoal gray, white, hot pink, icy blue

Gray has to be the first choice no doubt on that then go pale yellow, white, maroon, a light brown and go for a darker shade of blue all of these will look beautiful on you try these seriously.
