Are there any skin firming creams for body and face that actually work?

I'm not sure if I've heard of any that are actually effective. Do you have wrinkles, cellulite? There may be other treatments that can help, without being marketed as a skin firming cream.

For my body, I use Vaseline with a mixture of sandalwood powder and water. It keeps my skin firm, smooth, and smelling good.

Cheap unperfumed creams like Doublebase work best for me as all these firming creams have some dodgy stuff in them...

No offense intended, but aren't you in your twenties? Your skin BETTER be firm and smooth, even without creams!

I just read today about a product called Nectifirm, which is supposed to firm the neck and jaw line. It has gotten very good reviews and probably has an entire skin care line. Check out Amazon.

Most of these skin creams if not all are gimmicks... The only topical skin treament that helps prevent skin aging and can regenerate skin is retinoic acid aka retin-a....only cream scientifically proven to improve the look of skin... Now if you talk about prevention just protect your skin from sun damage with a sunscreen.

Just skin losing it's elasticity. Especially on my arms.

Retin a or the generic tretinoin help rebuild and maintain collagen. I have read a few studies on vitamin c serum, and I think they are somewhat effective at maintaining collagen. Vitamin c is great for discoloration and skin texture.

If you stop using retin a you will start aging again, but you start from a more youthful place.

Every other cream is a temporary fix.
