40's could be older. I'm going by the teeth arms and something about the hair.
This mystery is driving me crazy. I looked again and I still say he looks young. His skin looks young but his arms seem to be out of proportion to the rest of his body which is thin. Maybe tomorrow the OP will give us the much awaited answer.
