I have a lot of Russians in my extended family and lots of Russian friends. One thing I have always noticed with them is how absolutely bright and clear the whites of their eyes are. This is from their diet which seems to be the key. The ones who drink heavily don't have this, but everyone else from 12 years up to 60 years old (or older) all seem to have super clear whites of eyes.
I believe fish oil also helps with eye whiteness.

Wear a bright medium blue shirt. It really works. Blue eyes reflect blue light, so the shirt reflecting blue light rays into your face make the eyes reflect more.

You could use latisse eye drops and they grow your eyelashes out. Longer lashes= people checking out your eyes.

Forget Latisse--your blue eyes might just turn brown. The FDA years ago required the manufacturer to include that risk in its package insert.

Go with contacts. Or the blue shirt lol.
