Very perceptive... yes, empty nest means not in my 20s.

Your link was to a blog from over a year ago, with photos that could be even older. Last year's styles at the minimum.

Your question was what a "fashionable 20-something woman" would like. I work with 20 and 30 year olds, and I mentor a MOPS group, so I have plenty of opportunity to see and listen to the girls. So I know what is in and what is out in MY area.

That said... I DID say "Hey, if you like them, buy them." I don't know why you are having a problem with that...

I understand if I like them, I can buy them! Got that! My question was to people who DO like them, what styles they like.

They only stink if you don't wear socks inside. Wear socks!

I would have to disagree. My knockoffs are amazingly warm. I've never gotten cold, and that includes last year's Polar Vortex where we had numerous days at -25 F.

My knock-offs keep my feet exceptionally warm standing around an ice rink, and since that's the only place I wear them I'm not willing to spend $100+ on them.

Got mine for $20 and they have lasted over 100 games and counting, not a thing wrong with them, still comfy and still warm and still in perfect condition

You would be wearing them mostly with leggings or jeans.

I personally love the cardy style ones, but I don't know if that would be the top choice for a younger person. I also don't know if you can wash the sweater-type part. Seems like they'd get dirty.
I'm a 20 year-old female. I love the Classic Cardy style (in either Grey or Port) and I also like the Lattice Cardy style (in Grey).

THIS^^^^^ Uggs peaked in the early to mid 2000s. After that, they seemed to be something that middle school girls wore - my daughter in 6th through 9th grade. Then she sold them.

She's 18 now and wouldn't be caught dead in them.

I'm not sure I'd spend full price on UGG's...however these are not bad looking:

Well, these actually look good...but interestingly, they look nothing like UGGs!

I admit, these are cute..but they seem so impractical - I'd not want to wear them if it was at all wet....and let's face it, winter is either snow, slush, mud, or salt! I don't have $150 to spend on boots I ruin after a couple wearings and I'm not gonna buy them just to wear inside the house...I'll have to be satisfied looking at the pics!

Eh, as long as she likes them who cares if other people think they are fashionable? I think the ones with the bows are cute.

The UGG Style I like the most are all of the style's of UGGs I leave at the shop and don't spend my money on.
